Challenges Along the Way
Every writer faces hurdles, and I am no exception. One of the biggest challenges I’ve encountered is balancing rich world-building with engaging character development—finding that perfect harmony where both elements thrive. Revising my stories into present tense has also pushed me to rethink pacing and emotional depth, making my narratives feel more immediate and immersive.

The Books That Inspired Me
Fantasy has always been my greatest love, and I’ve drawn inspiration from some truly incredible works. From the magical realism of Harry Potter to the intricate high fantasy of Lord of the Rings, these stories have shaped my understanding of adventure, destiny, and the supernatural.

What Keeps Me Going
More than anything, my family, mentors, and personal experiences fuel my passion for storytelling. My four amazing teenagers inspire me daily, my husband is my biggest supporter, and the lessons passed down from my grandparents remind me to never give up on my dreams.

As I continue working on The Dragon’s Huntress and my future projects, I am constantly refining my craft, weaving together magic and emotion to create worlds that readers can get lost in. I hope to connect with fellow fantasy lovers and share stories that leave a lasting impact.
